Made in Japan Series

A sewing factory established 75 years ago

This sewing factory was founded in 1945. Today, it performs the entire process to make products of stable quality, including cutting, sewing, and pressing.
This factory is continuously trusted by high-end brands due to its advanced sewing technologies, as demonstrated by the medical gowns it manufactures that require technical skills and quality control capabilities.

Cutting each piece of fabric separately

Each part is carefully and separately cut to ensure a perfect finished product. It takes about 10 minutes to cut all the parts for one skirt. Careful, accurate cutting ensures a beautiful finish. Fabric artisans understand the unique qualities of the material. They perform the pattern making and cutting processes while calculating how much the fabric will shrink or change shape when made into clothing.

Deliberate processes

After cutting, the fabric parts are sewn, finished, and then pressed. The final inspection carefully checks not only the sewing, but also the sizing and fit on the body to make sure everything is correct. When this process is finished, the product is complete.

What I love about this brand is that we're creating pieces that are worn over and over. It's not about seasons and we don't work to trends.
