About pre-orders

Please note that the estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products is only a guide and does not guarantee the delivery date. Kindly be aware of this in advance.
The products will be shipped as soon as they are delivered to the distribution center.
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items at the same time as regular items, they will be shipped together after all items are available.
As for the timing of payment, pre-order items will be settled at the time of order, just like regular items.
